Ms. Nodelman joined SHAW LAW LTD. in 2013. Previously, she worked as a Prosecutor at the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office for several years handling traffic, misdemeanor, and felony cases where she successfully conducted numerous evidentiary hearings and trials. Because of Ms. Nodelman’s skill in DUI prosecutions, she was tasked with training many of her fellow Assistant Prosecutors. Ms. Nodelman received her B.A., majoring in psychology, cum laude, from the University of Illinois in Champaign and earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in Champaign. Ms. Nodelman received awards for earning the highest grade in her class in the following subjects in law school: Illinois Civil Procedure and Evidence, Civil Litigation Clinic, and Immigration Law. In addition, Ms. Nodelman received awards for her legal research and writing skills. Also, Ms. Nodelman worked for the Presiding Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County (2nd District). She is an attorney admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Illinois. Ms. Nodelman was an Associate Editor of a Law Journal at the University of Illinois, and is a published author.
